Trojans Take Central Decatur In Volleyball

Pleasantville came out firing on all cylinders and then had to hang on to beat Central Decatur in volleyball last night three games to one. The Trojans took game on and jumped on top 12-0 before the Cardinals could score, final in game one was 25/16. After a stumble in game two win which Central Decatur won 25/16, the Trojans won games three and four by scores of 25/15 and 25/22. Augusta Sinclair had 29 kills and two blocks on the night while Abby Bach collected nine digs…Kyleigh Sage had 40 assists and Mariah Zoss was 31/34 serving with nine aces. Pleasantville moves to 3-7 on the season and 2-4 in the Pride of Iowa Conference.
