Knoxville Mayor Don Zoutte will be running for reelection this fall. Zoutte picked up the paperwork to file for the election last week. He tells KNIA/KRLS News that Knoxville is on the cusp of some big things, and that he’s seen lots of positive attitude changes in the past year and a half. He comments that he’s running again for mayor because he wants to help oversee the big changes, such as the re-population of the VA Campus and the relocation of the community-based outpatient clinic.
