Area Cross Country squads have now found out where they will be traveling for the postseason, and some of our local teams do not have to travel very far or even out of the county. Knoxville will host a 1A and a 3A meet on October 20th. Pella joins the Panthers at Pine Knolls Country Club. Some of the other teams that will likely challenge the Little Dutch and Panthers will be Grinnell, and Benton while the Williamsburg girls will be one of the teams to beat. In class 2A, Pella Christian along with PCM heads to the Iowa State University course in which Gilbert will serve as host, also heading to Ames will be the Pleasantville girls In 1A, Knoxville will host over 20 schools along with Twin Cedars and Pleasantville boys.
