We’re less than a week away from the KNIA/KRLS Breast Cancer Save A Life Radiothons. This will be the sixth year of the radiothon, which encourages women to sign up for mammograms. This year, the radiothon will be at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics next Tuesday and Pella Regional Health Center next Thursday. Cindy Crozier, with Knoxville Hospital & Clinics, says that she’s been participating in the radiothon since it began, and that it can get very emotional when survivors share their stories. Both radiothons will run from 4-8pm, and the Big Red Radio will be on site at both locations.
