Central College continues to advance in the Division III men’s cross country regional rankings. The Dutch are No. 7 in the Central Region rankings released by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

Central has climbed each week since its No. 9 debut. Hamline continues its hold on the top spot for the fourth consecutive week. Iowa Conference foe Loras is No. 4 while Wartburg is No. 8 and Luther is No. 10.

Central finished third at the Grand View Viking Invitational Friday. The Dutch are idle for the weekend and return to action Oct. 15 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational at the Lake Breeze Golf Course in Winneconne, Wisconsin.
