Making the state cross country meet is nothing new for Knoxville. Coach Mike Moats is relying this week on his runners that have been to state and trying to educate the younger kids on how things go. Moats adds he will be excited to see the reaction of his kids when they get there and when the races start. Knoxville’s Alissa Van Klootwyk will run at noon in the Class 3A Girls’ race, and the Panther boys will run at 12:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon in Fort Dodge
