Pella Christian was perfect at the Knoxville Volleyball Invitational taking home the team title winning all five matches and by two games to none sweeps. The Eagles took care of Pella, A-D-M, and Atlantic in pool play then swept through Grinnell and another confrontation with A-D-M to take the title. Knoxville was 3-2 on the day. After beating Albia in first round of pool play, the Panthers slipped up against Grinnell and Iowa Falls however downed Atlantic and then defeated Pella in the consolation final. Pella lost to A-D-M and Pella Christian but defeated Atlanta. In the consolation round, the Lady Dutch beat Albia and fell to Knoxville.
