10/09/11 to 10/15/11

During the week of October 9, 2011 to October 15, 2011 the Pella Police Department received
130 calls for service, issued 29 citations, issued 20 warning citations, issued 30 parking tickets
and arrested 6 people resulting in 8 charges.

COMMUNICATION CENTER WEEKLY STATS

During the week of October 9, 2011 to October 15, 2011 the communications center fielded
281 telephone calls, assisted 47 people at the window, and fielded 36 incoming calls on the 911
system.

On 10-09-11 Thomas A. Sheehan, 27, of Tiffin was charged with public intoxication.
Thomas was incarcerated for the night.
On 10-09-11 Tara R. Wilson, 28, of Pella was charged with driving while revoked. Tara
was incarcerated until taken for her court appearance.
On 10-10-11 Ernest F. Leaf, 36, of Ottumwa was charged with driving while barred and
possession of drug paraphernalia. Ernest was cited and released with a court date set for
his appearance.
On 10-10-11 George E. Sapp, 48, of Ottumwa was charged with possession of marijuana
and possession of drug paraphernalia. George was cited and released with a court date set
for his appearance.
On 10-10-11 Levi C. Robinson, 26, of Pella was charged with theft. Levi was cited and
released with a court date set for his appearance.
On 10-11-11 Kimberly S. Spray, 29, of Richland was charged with neglect of a
dependant person. Kimberly was incarcerated for the night.
