Mass of Christian Burial for Winifred Hyatt, age 97 of Knoxville, will be held on Friday, October 7, at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Melcher-Dallas. Open visitation will be held at Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Melcher-Dallas from 12:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A Rosary service will be held at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sacred Heart Cemetery Fund or to HCI (formerly Hospice of Central Iowa).
