On November 1st, several years of planning will come to fruition with the transfer of the City of Pella’s interest in the Walter Scott Power Plant in Council Bluffs. Pella City Administrator Mike Nardini says this sale, along with construction of the new Southeast Switching Station and several other electric utility investments are part of the long-term vision for the City’s power needs.
