Pella Bucks were sold at a discount once again at monday nights Pella Tour of Stores. Pella bucks are a Pella Chamber of Commerce currency that can be used at any Chamber member business. The Pella Bucks idea proved to be a huge success last year. Teresa Ulferts, Assistant Vice President Marketing Officer at Marion County Bank told KNIA/KRLS that Pella Bucks are a great way of ensuring that holiday money is spent in Pella, while offering the community a great deal. 100,000 Pella Bucks were on sale at a 10% discounted rate Monday night. The discount is courtesy Marion County Bank, which invested $10,000 in the program.
