Winning 80 percent of their games last season set the bar high, but the Pella Christian girls basketball team appears poised to go even higher this go-around. The Lady Eagles return a significant amount of last year’s squad this season, many of which are seniors.

All-District guard Jasmin Schelhaas will lead an athletic unit that utilized high-pressure defense and a balanced offensive attack to make a run to the Class 2A State Tournament.
