A Pella man is charged with serious injury by vehicle stemming from an accident that occurred northwest of Pella last weekend. Twenty-five-year-old Scott Quentin Blanchard was charged in connection with an accident at about 11PM on Friday night. When police responded to the reported accident site, they didn’t find the vehicle or driver involved. Deputies interviewed two individuals who were left at Pella Regional Health Center and were told that Blanchard was going too fast before the crash
