Central College is hosting 2 concerts this weekends. On Saturday night, the Central College Flying Pans steel drum band will perform its annual Christmas themed show, “Caribbean Christmas.” The Christmas show is a fundraiser for Toys for Tots and is meant to warm up the holidays. On Sunday the Central College Symphonic Wind Ensemble, the College Community Band, and Assistant Professor of Music Paul Kovacovic will play several pieces from famous American composers. Caribbean Christmas is Saturday night at 7:30 PM and costs $5.00 or a new toy donation per person. The Sunday show is at 4:00 PM, is free, and open to the public.
