[simage=4684,200,y,left] A Bussey man who had a methamphetamine trial end in a hung jury last week in Marion County is back in prison on a probation violation. In October 2010, Gregory Griffith was sentenced to three years’ probation and had a 10-year prison sentence suspended after he pled guilty to conspiracy to manufacture less than five grams of methamphetamine in Mahaska County. When arrested in Marion County in December 2010, he was in a vehicle with two people he knew had committed felonies. Associating with felons broke a term of his probation. He’s now serving that 10-year sentence.
