A local mother and daughter team is helping the Coaches vs. Cancer fundraiser. Knoxville High School Junior Katie and her mother Darbie Utterback are putting together an event called Strikeout Cancer December 27th-29th at Fairlane Bowl in Knoxville. Katie says this is a great way to help out a great cause and have fun along the way. She adds this is not just a Knoxville event, but encourages everyone in the county to participate. Again…the dates are December 27th, 28th, and 29th at the Knoxville Fairlane Bowl. Cost is $15 per person and includes a T-Shirt, two games of bowling, and shoe rental.
