A Knoxville man has been arrested and charged with Operating while Intoxicated after striking a parked car just after noon yesterday afternoon. Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada says 37-year-old Jason Vinsick allegedly struck a parked car that was in a parking lot on the corner of Fifth and Main Streets in Knoxville. The parked car had two occupants in it. Those occupants were treated at the scene. No one was transported to the hospital as a result of injuries. Losada says further charges are pending against Vinsick.
