The Knoxville Coaches vs. Cancer day is fast approaching.<!– The fourth annual fundraiser to help the American Cancer Society will be January 21st at Knoxville High School. The girls basketball squad is deeply involved with the day from donating some of the auction items to playing Chariton that night. Senior player Ellie Hawkshead says there is a range of emotions throughout the day. So far over 70 items have been donated to the silent auction that goes on all day during the alumni games…and other activities.
