The Marion County Board of Supervisors passed a budget amendment at their regular meeting Tuesday morning. The amendment included various expenses, including an interfund loan that helped pay for construction on a few county roads this summer. The board also approved executing construction contract documents as bid for a bridge replacement project on 140th Avenue south of Vermont Drive. That will allow work on that project to begin quicker, which is necessary in the winter.
