A line-up primarily composed of sophomores and freshmen has the Twin Cedars boys basketball team doing a lot of learning on the court this season.  That said, the Sabers seem to have a fast learning curve, considering their conclusion to the pre-Christmas schedule that included three straight wins.

Twin Cedars head coach Alan Stewart says his team needs to continue to build upon what they’ve done so far.

“They’re learning. They’re still young and they’re learning to run our offense, [and] learning what their roles are,” said Twin Cedars boys basketball coach Alan Stewart. “We need to keep doing that, and keep getting more physical.”

The Sabers are 4-4 overall and 3-0 in the Bluegrass Conference.  They’ll host Mormon trail in their first game back from break on January 6th.
