[simage=5170,200,y,center]Former Pella Pastor Patrick Edouard’s trial has been re-set for May 14th following a motion by the defense to dismiss the case. The motion was denied but a continuance was issued on the trial start date. The trial is being held in Dallas County District Court due to a change of venue request by Edouard’s defense. Edouard is charged with several counts of third degree sexual abuse, and sexual exploitation by a counselor.
