Funeral services for Phil James, age 68, of Fremont and formerly of Oskaloosa, will be held on Friday, February 3rd at 4:30 pm in the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa. Cremation will follow the funeral ceremony. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 2nd after 11:00 am in the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa, with the family present from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
