The Twin Cedars girls basketball team earned itself a spot in the Bluegrass Conference Tournament championship game, as the Sabers nipped Murray 59-58 last night. Alee Hugen had a team-high 24 points in the winning effort, with Brittany Roby chipping in 12. The Twin Cedars girls face Moulton-Udell at 6:15 p.m. this evening in the championship game – which is being hosted at Moulton-Udell High School.

The Saber boys will provide the early entertainment, as they’ll also be on hand to face the host school – playing for third place on the boys’ side of the bracket. Their game will start at 4:00 p.m.
