The Twin Cedars girls basketball team assembled one of their best games of the season, while the Saber boys could not slow down league-leading Murray in a Bluegrass Conference split with the Mustangs last night.

The Twin Cedars girls claimed a 50-35 win in the opener, thanks in part to a 20-point, 9-rebound performance from the very consistent Alee Hugen.  Brittany Roby added 10 points and Ayla Crosby chipped in 9 to round out the scoring leaders for the Sabers, who improved to 9-4 on the season with the win.

The Twin Cedars boys, drop to 6-7 overall, following a 52-36 loss to Murray.  Otis Roby paced the Sabers last night with 14 points, and Hunter Embray added ten.
