The Knoxville Education Foundation is hosting their annual Chili Cookoff tonight. The dinner starts at 5:30 at Knoxville High School before the girls/boys basketball double-header against Newton. Knoxville Education Foundation President David Hoke says that recently, they’ve been using money to help integrate technology in the class room, such as the SMART boards. Last year marked the most successful chili cookoff ever for the Knoxville Education Foundation, raising 650 dollars. The dinner costs five dollars. Those buying dinner will be able to vote on their favorite chili.
