[simage=5136,200,y,left] Terry Cobbins Jr. took the stand in his own defense yesterday afternoon in Marion County District Court. The 32-year-old Des Moines man told the court he did not have anything to do with Teresa Miller’s death. Cobbins said that Michael Miller had told him that he wanted his wife dead. Cobbins said that Michael Miller also asked him for help finding a gun. Cobbins says that he didn’t get a gun for Miller, and that it was Bernard Bussey that entered Teresa Miller’s residence on the morning of January 7, 2011. Cross-examination of Cobbins is set to begin this morning.
