County road crews worked from 4AM on Friday through 5PM clearing snow from area roadways. Due to the rain and heavy snow, graders had difficulty getting through the gravel roads on Friday, and it may take many hours Today before all area roadways are clear. Road Graders began again this morning at 4:00 AM. With the increasing winds, it is anticipated that gravel roads could have drift back shut overnight. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office reports that area roadways are mostly clear, however some rural areas could have patches of slick conditions.
