Winter sports are starting their postseasons across the state, and Knoxville will be right at the heart of lots of the action. Knoxville Athletic Director Randy Wilson says that they will once again play host to the district wrestling meet on Saturday and sub-state bowling meet next Thursday. They’ll also host two girls’ basketball playoff games next Friday and Saturday, the 17th and 18th. Wilson says that these activities provide a large crowd. He notes that these guests provide lots of activity at local businesses. Wilson encourages everyone to stop out and see one, if not all, of these meets and games.
