An Altoona man has pled guilty to two counts of third degree sexual abuse. 26-year-old Randy Marshall Lang made the plea Friday morning in Marion County District Court. According to court records, Lang had multiple sexual encounters with a 15-year-old girl last summer. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office and Melcher-Dallas Police Department completed the initial investigation. Lang faces up to 10 years in prison on each count. Sentencing is April 27th.
