Following their biggest offensive outing of the season in a 79-54 rout of Seymour on Monday night, the playoff road gets much tougher tonight for the Melcher-Dallas boys basketball team. The Saints head south to Corydon to face Wayne in the Class 1A District Quarterfinals in a rematch of a game played just six days ago in Melcher-Dallas. That game ended badly for the maroon-and-white, who scored just 27 points to the Falcons 60. Wayne carries a 16-5 overall record with them into tonight’s match-up, while Melcher-Dallas is 5-16. Tip-off in Corydon is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. tonight.
