Pella Christian Grade school is setting up to start its Spanish immersion program for the 2012/2013 school year. The school will be hosting a parent meeting night on February 16th to answer questions about the program. David De Jong, Principal at Pella Christian Grade School tells KNIA/KRLS News that he is very excited about the program. He says that the level of interest they have had from some parents about registration for the 28 initial slots has been at what he calls a “Black Friday level.” The Spanish immersion program registration will open at 7:00 AM March 9th.
