The Pella and Pella Christian basketball teams are facing off on Tuesday, and the game will hold several charity events. Pella Dollars for Scholars and the Pella Rotary Club will have the second annual soup supper to help raise money and awareness for the Dollars for Scholars program. Additionally Pella Christian is encouraging crowd members to come dressed in pink, to help raise cancer awareness. For a small donation people will be able to put the name of a loved one who has fought with cancer on a paper brick, and help build a wall of hope in the commons area at the school. The basketball games are Tuesday, and will be broadcast live on 92.1 KRLS.
