Three Knoxville boys have been selected by the American Legion to attend the “Hawkeye” Boys Camp this summer. Wick Cunningham, Brandon Hall, and Jacob Moats were recognized in a special presentation at Knoxville High School Monday morning. The camp, commonly referred to as “Boys’ State”, brings together young men from all across the state in a hands-on experience of the democratic form of government. The camp brings in more than 600 delegates each summer. Boys State is a week-long event held in June at Camp Dodge in Johnston.
