The students and fans of Twin Cedars and Melcher-Dallas High Schools worked together to raise $4700 during this past week’s Coaches vs Cancer game at Twin Cedars High School. Twin Cedars Athletic Director Justin Nolte tells KNIA/KRLS News that the money was raised through a silent auction, freewill donation dinner, some cancer awareness bands, and t-shirt sales. Nolte says both communities were incredibly supportive, as the stands were packed for both games. He thanks the communities and says it was a successful event.
