Knoxville Girls Outrun Rain; Finish 4th At Clarke

The Knoxville Girls Track and Field Squad finished fourth with 71 points at the Clarke Invitational. According to Coach Jeremy Van Engen, the meet got done just in time before heavy rains drenched Clarke High School’s track. Two first place medals paced the Panthers as Lydia Anderson took first in the 800 and Chambray Daugherty won gold in the high jump while Alex Gibson took second place for a Panther one/two finish. Also taking second place was the 4×800 and 4×200 meter relay teams.
