The City of Pella is almost finished with construction a large facility to improve the city’s power supply, and is just starting the process to build an improvement for the city’s wastewater system. KNIA/KRLS’s Evan Little sat down with Pella City Administrator Mike Nardini to talk about the projects, and the motivations behind them.
