A mild winter has likely made many local golfers anxious for opportunities to get back out on the course again, and for the Central College women’s golf team, that chance will be coming up in a couple of weeks.  The Dutch will begin their brief spring season soon, and some local golfers are expected to perform well in the coming weeks.

Junior Kaurie Kincaid of Knoxville figures to be one of the top varsity golfers for the Dutch this spring, along with freshman Kelsey Van Tasell of Pella; who played well in her debut for Central this fall.  Seniors Sarah Paulson and Alison Miller lead the Central women’s golf team in consistency and experience, and give the Dutch a potent combination at the top of their line-up.

During spring break, the Central women’s golf team will take part in the Desert Dual in Litchfield Park, Arizona, which will begin on March 15th.
