A man was arrested in the Marion County Courthouse yesterday after allegedly verbally harassing an employee. Marion County Sheriff Ron Goemaat tells KNIA/KRLS News that Montgomery Lee Schumacher was cursing at a member of the staff and saying offensive slurs. Shumacher was arrested outside the courthouse and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. A member of the Knoxville Police Department assisted Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on the arrest.
