This weekend The Pella Kiwanis Club will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt. Pella Kiwanis President Darrell Veenstra tells KNIA/KRLS News that this year’s event will likely be the biggest yet. He says that they are supplying about 1900 pieces of candy for the two groups of kids to hunt down. Veenstra says that there is really one main focus; the kids. Kiwanis and Community First Credit Union are sponsoring the event. The Easter Egg hunt will be Saturday at Central Park in Pella at 10:30. He adds that if weather is an issue, listen to KNIA/KRLS for any cancellation or delay information.
