It will be a slightly different make up for the Knoxville boy’s track and field squad this season. The Panthers were great at nearly every event last year…and that was one of many reasons they overwhelmed the Little Hawkeye Conference. Coach Mike Cunningham the Second says while there are still solid guys in the distance and field events…the shorter sprint races and relays could be one of the strong parts of the team. Colton Spaur, Shafer Brown, Justin Garrison, Tanner Dunkin, and Jacob Moats are just a few of the sprinters on this year’s squad. Dunkin, a freshman, was a part of the 4×200 team that raced to a second place finish at the Little Hawkeye Conference Indoor meet on Friday, he was also second in the open 200.
