Representative Jim Van Englenhoven tells KNIA/KRLS News that several pieces of the budget, including the Justice budget, were passed last week in the Iowa House. He says that while those pieces still need to be voted on by the Senate before they go to Governor Branstad, the progress being made in the budget process is steady.
