Ten seniors that return a wealth of experience is certainly something for the Pella Christian boys soccer team to be excited about, but the group of players in their final season as Eagles isn’t the only large class the squad boasts.

“We have eleven freshmen out, and that is awesome to see such a large group of guys just be that passionate about soccer. It is a great, great group of freshmen that work hard,” said Pella Christian boys soccer coach Josh Visser. “They know the game well, they work well with one another, and I’m excited to see what they have to bring during the season.”

Visser adds that the team has high hopes for the season and is looking forward to seeing where their potential will take them. The Pella Christian boys soccer team opens their season on Thursday with a home match against nearby PCM.
