The Union Street Players are preparing for next week’s premiere of their show, The Night of January 16th. The play, written by Ayn Rand is a courtroom drama set in the 1930’s and the outcome will be in the audience’s hands. A jury will be selected from the audience each night, and they will determine the defendant’s fate. Doug DeWolf, playing the prosecutor says he is confident in his case. Denise Gregory, playing the defense attorney says that the facts will prove her client’s innocence. Only the jury can decide.The play begins next Thursday the 29th and runs through Sunday the 1st.
