The Pella Farmer’s Market starts on Thursday. Market Manager Vivian Rippentrop says that at the market this week, there will be a lot of gifts for Mother’s Day for sale. She says a new addition this year is a vendor from Monroe who will sell birdhouses and garden ornaments. As more vegetables start to become available, the market will begin selling on Saturdays as well. The market takes place in the parking lot of the First Reformed Church from 3 to 6pm.
