A lot of conversations recently have centered around the gorgeous warm weather we had in Marion County, but just how warm has it been? According to National Weather Service records, our average high temperature in March was 63.3 degrees. That’s almost 15 degrees warmer than normal and nearly 20 degrees warmer than last year. We also broke or tied five record high temperatures in a six-day span (March 15-20) and had 23 days where the high was 50 degrees or more, which is 10 more days than normal.
