Though it didn’t come easy, the final score looked decidedly in favor of the Pella Christian girls tennis team, as the defending Little Hawkeye Conference champions defeated a skilled Grinnell squad 10-1 Tuesday evening. The Lady Eagles’ swept doubles play and lost only one match in singles, but nearly every win was contended. The Pella Christian girls tennis team is home again next Tuesday to host another solid league opponent, when Newton comes to Pella Christian High School.
