For Pella Christian boys soccer coach Josh Visser, “dominating” seemed to be a fitting adjective to describe Monday night’s 8-0 whitewashing of Grandview Park Baptist. The Eagles controlled the ball throughout the night, scoring four goals in each half.

Will VandeVoort, who primarily works as the team’s sweeper on defense, ran roughshod through Grandview Park Baptist as a forward, scoring a staggering four goals for Pella Christian. The win puts the Pella Christian boys soccer team at 5-1 on the season. They’ll host Des Moines Christian on Thursday.
