The goal of reaching the State Tournament begins tonight for the Pella High girls soccer team, as they host Chariton in a Class 2A Regional Semifinal match. The Lady Dutch are the No. 5-ranked team in Class 2A and have a 14-3 overall record and are facing a Chargers squad that downed Knoxville 2-0 in the opening round.

The winner of tonight’s match will advance to play either Mount Pleasant or Oskaloosa on Monday. This evening’s contest, as well as next week’s Regional Final, will be held at the Pella Soccer Complex, starting at 6:00 p.m.
