It may have been because a super moon was out…but some of the craziest action in recent memory happened last night at the Knoxville Raceway. The first true regular night of racing was memorable for dominating victories in all three classes, and memorable for one driver that left the track entirely in the 410 A-Main. Austin Johnson was involved in a crash in turn three and was catapulted out of the track. Johnson was OK but the car was badly damaged. Steve Breazeale ran away in the 305 main event to score his fourth 305 win of his career at Knoxville, Clint Garner blew by Jason Johnson in the fourth turn with ten laps remaining and won comfortably in the 360s, and Wayne Johnson ran away and hid from everyone in the 410 A-Main. Johnson has had a remarkable string of finishing in the top five of every race he has run this season.
