A late goal by the Bluejays gave the Pella Christian boys soccer team its third loss in a row, as the Eagles suffered a 2-1 setback Monday evening at Bondurant-Farrar. Alek Vink had 12 saves in goal for the Pella Christian boys, who – after shooting out to a 5-1 start – have won just three of their last nine matches. Head coach Josh Visser has a week to try and get his team back on track before next Monday’s Class 1A Substate Tournament opens for the Eagles at Nodaway Valley.
